Product Features

1. Electromagnetic induction works, when the metal material enters the magnetic field, the magnetic induction intensity will be changed, and the magnetic sensor set in the machine will send the secondary signal to the control circuit, resulting in sound and light alarm

2. The intelligent magnetic induction processing system can automatically let go of non-ferrous metal films such as aluminum foil packaging, with high sensitivity and high anti-interference ability.

3. The signal processing is completed by digital circuit, the adjustment is simple, stable and reliable, and it has the counting function to distinguish between good and bad products.

4. With anti-missing function. When there are multiple metal signals passing through, the instrument will automatically detect the number of signals, and the actuator will not be missed during action.

5. The whole machine adopts stainless steel material, food grade conveyor belt, waterproof and dustproof design.

6. The detector adopts sound and light alarm, and can stop automatically at the same time.
